Very awesome timing. I was just losing focus yesterday and started to go off to my old habits and it did a little AND THEN I got an email from YOU. You invited me to watch your 3rd video and it was on the subject of motivation. It was kosmos. Karma a blessing the answers to my unspoken prayer. However way you want to look at it. So thank you for that.

I will mean to me that I am loving my body and getting rid of my diabetes. Changing how I eat has already bring my A1C down. Yes, feeling confident at work. What action to reach my goal. GET moving. I need to walk more and exercise.

Now, I think I’m willing to give up my negative behaviour because that is actually the main reason why I’m not changing. Thank you so much for your videos. Because of this, I feel better now.

Dear Tracy. Thank you very much indeed for your wonderful positive helpful videos that make a lot of sense.

    My actions steps.

To be committed on this new lifestyle journey, to be truly present each day. To take each day to commit to positive thinking and positive movement.

To no longer be ashamed of my 30 pound weight gain, life is too short and I have held this shame in for 5 years.

To commit to daily exercise videos you post and my tracy anderson metamorpihis. Not just walks and yoga. They are great but i am committed to galning muscle and connecting with my body.

To dress beautifully each day and be grateful for my returning health.

To measure my self worth in new ways not just by how I look but on how I uplift others. However its time to also uplift myself daily through mindful exercise and
If I am happy in my body my partner Will be so happy, he deserves the happy carefree loving woman he moved in not the anxious unconfident women I have been the past 5 years. He loves me no matter what size I am.

To not let another year go by and feel bad on new years eve which is also our anniversary.

I put up a little workout planner on the fridge and I tick off 4 30 min workouts a day.
30 mins tracy anderson- 30 min walk -30 min Kundalini yoga -30 mins toning moves.
This is planner out for the year because I hope by doing these workouts 5 times a week I Will eventually fit back into all my clothes.

Not to be hard on myself but make sure I do as much of the workouts each day and be focused when I am doing them. Its not the end of the world if I dont do all 4. I am building a new habit and lifestyle.

To use all the time I have as an expat spouse not working to change my life for the better gently each day.

To eat mindfully, chew well and eat clean organic seasonal freshly cooked food.

To do my best each day and improve each week. ?

Well Tracy, honestly, my plan of action would be to stop eating mindlessly in the evenings. I usually eat and continue eating until I am really full. I want to learn to stop eating right when I feel I have had enough, the right amount of food, without wanting to then look for the snack to top it up. I crave saucy comfort foods, creamy sweet foods…casseroles, Mexican dishes with creamy refried beans and such. I get hungry just thinking of it…you see? UH! Sometimes I feel I could only do this if I can afford someone to come and prepare and cook the foods I need throughout the day.

I am so tired of getting all motivated, doing great for months, feeling great, fitting in cloths i like, then, just like that, spiraling down and gaining it all back. And being even bigger than before the spriral. I blame seasonal affective disorder for a lot of this, but I cant make excuses any longer. Yes, it is touch to work out outside (where i love the most) during harsh minnesota winters, but if i can learn anything here to help me get through the winters while still exercising, i will be so greatful!

Thank you Tracy. Your worksheet is helpful to put my thoughts together. I think these things, visualize my goals, and take steps to action, but putting it on paper is always a good idea. so I can come back and look in a few weeks to remember or add even more details as the journey continues.

Tracy, I think your plan to bring about our motivation is genius! I am willing to keep stepping in my healthy eating and lifestlye and now commited to give up sugars except for that found in fruit. Thanks again for your work! I have sent some folks your way — I hope they take advantage of your gifts. Eileen

I found you while looking for exercises to tone my arms. You are so inspirational and down to earth. Right now I am recovering from a broken leg and will be non weight bearing for another 7 days. It’s been a challenge because of not being able to walk or ride my bicycle for exercise. I love your motivational videos and have been trying to lose 10 lbs for over 10 years. I’m 61 and was in the best shape of my life at 50 but slowly let the lbs come back. Not a lot to lose but still a challenge. Having this accident is giving me time to reflect on those choices made that got me heavier and not happy. You are right on about making goals and consequences of not achieving those goals and what can I do right now to move towards loving myself again. Looking forward to being inspired daily Thank you!

Tracy you are a lovely young woman and your enthusiasm is infectious. Now being officially a senior as hard as that is to accept I actually have the time to take action to deal with the inevitable aging issues. Whoever said aging is not for sissies was 100% correct! I have already lost about 15 pounds, with another 5 to 10 to go. It’s the wrinkles and jiggly bits that are annoying. Some of your exercises look promising so I will be starting with bat wings, double chin and some of the other standing ones. With those of us who have become bionic (hip replacement for me) finding exercises that are not constrained by surgeons is a bit tricky. Us baby boomers are looking for coaching and guidance that suit our well-used bodies. I am thinking of going back to swimming to get strength back in my upper body. And one goal would be to look fabulous in a new bathing suit! Thanks!

    Hi
I loved your third video…. What I would loose if I do not look good and feel good is my confidence and self esteem. I love myself and I know I can do marvelous things, I would also want to be someone who is just comfortable in my skin and I don’t need to explain to people what exercise I am doing and what diet I am following, People should just see me and know that I workout really well. Immediately I am ready to write down exactly how I would look and feel in my perfect body and also start working on it.

    Tracy,

I just recently found your videos, and I’m so glad that I have. This year is going to be very difficult for me, personally. I’ve come smack face to face with my age and my health. You asked in the video where do you see yourself. I have always seen myself hiking, riding a bicycle, riding a horse, swimming in the ocean. However, my current weight, I’m thankful to be getting out of the house every day. You asked what it would cost me to not achieve my goals. This one hit me hard. If I continue down the same path I have for the past …. lifetime really, well I will be dead. My lifestyle will kill me, and I’ve finally come to terms with that.

So, what am I willing to do to work towards my goals…. the first thing I can do is move, walk, breathe. If I try to do a little more every day, get a few more steps in every day, make it closer to that next mile on my pedometer every day, it will only move me closer to actually having a life, instead of the holding pattern my life has become. I was so excited this last week when I got over 7000 steps in one day! It was such a milestone for me, because I usually only get 3000. The next day my feet were sore, and I shook my head at my excitement the day before. But even now a few days later, I’m still excited and proud of myself for taking those 7000+ steps. If I could do it then, I can do it today, and tomorrow. Each day is a new day, and thanks to your videos, I have a promise for a future.

Thank you Tracy for taking your time to put your words to video, to reach out to each and every one of us who struggles every day. Whether it be to reach that perfect body, or to have the promise of a longer life, I am so grateful I have found you.

    Hi Tracy

Thank you for your encouragement. It’s nice to know you also struggled before and now look amazing!! I am 53 years old and have always felt over weight. I work out doing yoga and walk and incorporate cardio, but really struggle to lose weight. I hate to stand on a scale, that number never goes down. I have always had to fight cellulite and would like to be proud of my body. I am strong but do not look fit. My action is to be the best I can be, to be proud of myself for being active and trying to be fit at this age. I am currently trying to get into shape for our summer vacation and would love not to be embarrassed in a bathing suit. I am trying to realize that a number on the scale does not define me. Who cares how much I weigh as long as I look and feel great!!!

Thank you, Tracy– I’m looking forward to this and getting this fat to melt off my body, since it just stays on top of the muscle I tend to build. No matter what I do

it has just stayed there. I used to dance and do a lot of cardio, but now I have to be careful with my feet, especially.

I would like to thankyou for the 3 videos & to say your exercises were easy to do as i’ve Fibromyalgia & the pain can be very bad most of the time, I have already lost a Stone from Feb 3rd 2015 to today March 24th 2015, I only started your exercises today as i only found it a while ago on youtube, & i was also doing others, I put on weight over all the steroids & other tablets i was on but am happy that things are working out,
My problem is swollen ankles & flabby tummy, i was on water retention tablets but my dr said “diet is best” and i’m with a dietician since 3rd Feb this yr. I just want to get back to me again so losing 14lbs makes me feel great even though i can’t see where i lost it ?
Just want to say if i’m hungry i do eat after 6pm or 7pm a sandwich or yoghurt plus fruit
    Thankyou 🙂

    Hi Tracy,
great video! This advice applies to other areas in life. I think we are quite often so much in a hurry that we don’t pause enough to really know what we actually want, who we really are. It is easy to go with some quick random tips, but they might not be good for us. My action today is to go through a couple of your workout videos. I find it so much easier to workout when I can have them playing, instead of going to some gym etc – such things can be easily postponed, with youtube you can just get into it right away in your living room. I can always do at least something. Thank you for sharing this.

My action step is getting rid of the chocolate stash I have allowed myself to keep. I made the commitment to try to consume less processed sugar so that I can take my healthy eating to the next level. However, I constantly make excuses as to why I should allow myself to keep this chocolate around despite the fact that I am a see it and want to eat it kind of girl. No more excuses, in the garbage it goes.

Loved this final video Tracy… thank you! The action step that I’m starting now (actually have begun already) is reading The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer. Sounds counterintuitive to read (aka not move/exercise), but when I read a passage I always feel more motivated to get out there and run a couple of miles (or more on a good day). It touches on so many of the wonderful points you just made about making it all about mind/body, not just body, for motivation, perserverance, and staying in that peaceful center even when things that we process as negative enter our lives and/or thoughts…. Loved how this 3rd video completely dovetailed with what I’m reading and working on Tracy… I so appreciate your holistic approach to diet/exercise/health… going to read about the program you’re launching!!! 🙂

THANK YOU! This is EXACTLY what I needed! I love this formula! I’ve had the picture in my mind of what I wanted, and what I needed to do to get there, but I never thought about what it would cost me if I didn’t achieve the goal. That is definitely motivating! I’m getting started right now! Thank you again, Tracy. I love you and I really enjoyed this 3 part video series! 🙂

At this point, today-I am listening to body cues to eat in a healthier way. There’s a reason my body wants a Greek salad or salmon. As for motivation, once I am past this flu, I will begin working out. Instead of doing the all or nothing approach, I am going to do something that I enjoy. In the past, I worked out super hard & am realizing that not every workout has to be that way. So, I am going back to dance, water class, spin and weight training. Sometimes, less is more. So, I plan on not working out for 60 minutes each time. I’ve learned that I stay motivated when I commit to 3 cardio workouts/wk and allow myself the freedom to do more passive workouts the rest of the week. Now I want to transfer that freedom & balance to food. Thanks for what you do.

I really struggle with my body, since having children I really have never been able to get back my body that I had before, so 12 years on I’m still struggling with the battle of trying to get myself to look good, and not just saying to myself that this is how Im meant to be now, it hasn’t happened yet but it will and I will continue to watch your YouTube channel and follow your instructions. Tracy thank you so much for your videos they are so helpful ,they really make you take more time to think clearly.I do good for awhile than the motivation packs up & moves away. That is then when I just want to give up I start thinking negative thoughts like (I can’t do this ) ( I have no will power)
I might as well forget it ,it’s imposible…Then my feelings start to line up with my negitve thought pattern..but then a new diet comes along & I try again..I have come to the conclusion that I don’t have to believe everything I think especially if it’s cutting down instead of building up my self in a healthy positive way . This PDF file will help me clearly see my goals, what’s stopping me,& what its going to cost me if i dont reach my goals .So Now i get the healthy Plan & the Plan of action..Thanks again Tracy for your expertise I think you’re a gem.. I tell all my friends about you and I’m giving it a try again thank you so much you’re an inspiration to me!
