There are definitely days when I DONT feel like working out. Today is one of those daysBut these sneakers are getting tied on my feet and I'm going to stick to my commitment I made to myself. I'm going to stay focused and get over myself and just get up and work out.And here's why: I know I will feel better in 10minutes.
