Today’s meditation theme was JOY and EASE. I sometimes take things soooo seriously, making everything such a BIG deal. Losing sleep over little details. Today I am claiming JOY and EASE. Allowing my ego to take a hike and to remain in truth, love, service and receiving all of the love that is around me. Want to play??
