I ❤️when people think they are “too busy” to cook, especially anything healthy. Last night: carrots, parsnips, 1/2 onion, sweet potato chopped w olive oil, salt. Chicken with lemon olives, cumin, paprika, salt pepper. Throw in oven at 400 for 45 minutes while chilling on couch. Done!
