How is your day going so far? I hope it is going great!

Today I want to share with you a few things, but FIRST, I am soooo excited because my new program: YOUR PERFECT BODY FORMUA is almost ready for you, so stay tuned for all the details very soon!!! I’m just putting the final touches on it;)

Summer is here, and today our workout is: GET BIKINI READY WORKOUT!

Maybe you love bikini’s and maybe you don’t! Either is totally fine, the point of this workout is to give you a full body workout that works, and works fast! It focuses on burning fat with some cardio, and toning your legs, arms and abs all at the same time.

You know that your diet plays a HUGE part in how your body looks and feels. So I wanted to share with you, what I ate.

This was Monday of this week.

I started with my favorite green smoothie, and some coffee. Then I had a turkey meatball salad: a few turkey meatballs, grape tomatoes, steamed collard greens, 1/4 an avocado, 1/2 a cucumber and I dressed it with liquid aminos, white vinegar and grapeseed oil, and sea salt and pepper. Then, I was still hungry so I made a little (just a handful) of trail mix, some raisins, walnuts, raw pepitas and a pinch of sea salt.

AND THEN…I went to an event, and I was late. So I did have a banana while I was on my way. (not pictured)

I missed the food at the event…and I did what I always tell my clients to NOT do, which was to eat “any old thing” so dinner was (she says sheepishly…but full disclosure

French fries and a cocktail.

I tell you this to show you that we ALL have days that are better than others.

Did I beat myself up for eating crap? Did I feel like, “oh well, I may as well throw caution to the wind, and eat more and more junk!” Did I let that make me feel awful?

The truth is…NO! I eat a mostly clean, green and lean diet. I work out. I give my body all kinds of love, with good food, workouts, and positive messages.

A healthy lifestyle means that sometimes you’re just going to eat some fries.

It’s not the end of the world. The next day, I just went right back to my normal healthy eating habits. Donezo! NBD!

It’s important to have a big picture perspective:)
