As many of you know, I perform from time to time with a Samba group here in NYC, and it is really fun! We had a fun performance last weekend on a boat around NYC and we were so lucky to be so close to the Statue of Liberty!
I can almost forget just how much I LOVE to dance! I sometimes find I am so focused on work and “doing” all of the stuff that I have to do that I sometimes forget to “do” all of the things that I love to do, things that are just FUN, dancing being one of them!
Do you have any things that you love to do, just for fun, that you sometimes “forget” to do? It can happen to any of us.
Here are three simple tricks to start having some more FUN!
Write out the things that you LOVE to do for fun, that you love just BECAUSE!
Make a commitment to do them at a frequency that feels great to you. Once a week? Once a month? Or once a day?
Stay present and enjoy this process. Don’t “should” yourself to death! Make sure you are doing these fun things because you want to and because it lights you up, and just feeeeeels good!
