Today I have an awesome workout to help you tone your waist, get rid of any jiggly saddlebags and get a better booty…all the essentials;)

But FIRST another kind of exercise: to work on your self confidence! Read on!

I just returned from Miami where I took a nice LOOONG weekend, and it was so needed!!!

I love Miami! I love the HOT weather, the water, the restaurants, the clubs, the HOT latin influenced culture! I love it all!

Something I noticed is the sense of confidence that both the women and men walk around with. I find this INCREDIBLY attractive and inspiring. It makes me walk a little slower, enjoy being feminine and not get angry if someone (guy or girl) is looking at you. The NYC “what are you lookin’ at??” does not apply here!

Your exercise for today: I AM HOT!!!

I want YOU to find three things about yourself and your body that you LOVE right now!
Yes, I am totally serious;) I want you to really feel how proud you are and how grateful you are for whatever quality you are sending love to.

In order to have a body and life that you love, you have to GIVE it love right now!

So what is it? Is it your beautiful eyes? Your strong legs? Your sense of humor? Or your great booty?

Whatever you have, LOVE it now! I promise you, when giving that love to yourself, any changes that you make in your diet, your workouts or anything else that you are focusing on, they will transform quicker and with an amazing sense of ease! Yes!! Now doesn’t THAT feel better than beating up on yourself??

Now that you are feeling the love, let’s feel the burn!!!!
