I have noticed lately that my fave veggie, KALE seems to be out of stock. 🙁

TRACY’S LEAN GREEN MACHINE SMOOTHIE
All you need is:
- 1 ripe green pear (washed and quartered with seeds removed)
- 1-2 cups collard greens (chopped/torn into manageable pieces)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon virgin unrefined coconut oil
- 1-2 cups water
Place into your fave blender (I just got the nutribullet, and it’s the BEST…and is only about $100)

Collard greens are a great source of fiber, calcium, iron and vitamins A and C. They have a very mild taste in smoothies, so if you aren’t a huge fan of KALE, you may just love collard greens;)
