1. Set Clear Goals

Take the time to asses what it is that you would like for yourself and your body during November and December. Do you want to maintain your weight or continue to lose? Do you want to start working out at home, so that you cut off commuting time? Now is the time to get clear and prepare for exactly what it is that you want, so that you can clearly, easily, and slenderly get through these next two months. 🙂

2. Make a Schedule and STICK TO IT!

Now that you have a clear idea of what your goals are, time to put it in writing! Create your workout schedule, add it to your calendar and STICK TO IT! You wouldn’t cancel on Aunt Andrea’s Holiday party, would you? You wouldn’t skip that cocktail party at that fabulous new bar you’ve been wanting to try? You must schedule in your workouts with the same level of commitment as you would any other event, party or gathering! Working out with a friend, hiring a trainer, or even using an online log or joining a group online can help to keep you motivated, committed and accountable.

3. Prep for the Party

The best way to kill your diet and get waaaay off track is to show up at a party ravenous! You know what happens…you’d practically eat the host’s hand! This leads to the cheesy dip and fried passed hors d’oeuvres and next thing you know, you have to loosen your belt! Yikes! Have a little snack before the event (yes, even if it is a dinner!). Something as simple as throwing an apple in your bag, some raw almonds or even a half of a natural food bar (like an Amazing Grass Green superfood bar) will take the edge off so that you are making sound choices, and able to enjoy the party without the pudge!!

I hope that you enjoy, and most important IMPLEMENT these tips.
