First and foremost, I hope you are having a good day, and taking just a second to read this. I have to say one of my LIFELONG dreams has come true….my DVD is available and I really mean it when I am beaming with pride! When I was a little girl, (this is 100% true), my best friend Megan and I used to run around and pretend we were hosts of the 20 minute workout…now if any of you remember 20 minute workout, it was VERY 80’s: big hair, loads of lip gloss, leotards and cute chicks working out….what’s not to love! I keep the hair and gloss to a minimum 😉 I am beyond proud of the MAT AND MORE DVD and so grateful for my team that helped me create it!

My fiance and I returned from an INCREDIBLE trip to Spain and Italy. We had such an amazing time! Sun, relaxation, fun, and catching up on lost sleep! Italy for me is ALL about the food, and when I am in Italy I have a wonderful list of my favorite restaurants to hit up. Below is my reaction to my first bite of Carbonara at my FAVORITE restaurant in the world ROSCIOLI. It is so good there, I would fly NYC to FCO just for lunch and then back! One can dream….

Now that we are back, it’s time to lose the jamon and proscuitto from the thighs and waist! So, one of the best ways is to do a light easy cleanse. I am not the best at detoxing/cleansing. So I do a light and easy version. First thing is green juice! You can make with a juicer or a blender if you have no juicer.

TRACY’S LAZY GIRL CLEANSE

for detoxing and cleaning up your insides:

Breakfast: Green juice and/or fresh fruit if you feel the need. Eat as much as you like, but no gobbling! Pay attention to what your body says it needs.

Lunch: Green juice and a salad with fresh veggies and *one* protein source (lean and clean!) Lean and clean protein: Grilled chicken, steamed broiled or grilled fish, tofu or egg (nothing processed or weird please!)

Snack:(if you need): Green juice and/or fresh veggies cut up (no dips or spreads)

Dinner: You guessed it! Green juice and fresh veggie soup (no cream and watch the sodium!), or Lean and Clean protein with fresh or cooked veggies (if cooked use olive oil please)

It’s actually easy, and delicious if you mix up your veggies for both the juice and the salads, and give yourself variety in your Lean and Clean proteins. Notice I’m not telling you how much to eat, listen to your body and eat with consciousness. I am also not telling you how long to cleanse, it’s your body! The above diet is healthy, so do it for 3 days, 5 days, or life, it’s REAL food! I would NEVER starve you! I’m a little Italian girl, and I know nothing is sexier than a healthy person that EATS and MOVES!
