Happy New Year to you!!!!! I hope you are easing back into life after the holidays and getting clear about what you want to create for 2013.

Today I will share with you a workout for your buns, your booty, your badonkadonk, your bunda! Yup, Happy New Year and Happy New Rear!

I know that you are, like many of us, looking at this New Year and wondering….what do I really really want for this year?

Writing down your goals and getting clear, getting support and sharing those visions AND taking action is the BEST way to make sure that you are one of “those” people that actually DO and ACHIEVE what you say you are going to. And doesn’t it feel good to be THAT person that is admired and looked up to, rather than the other one. The more “normal” person.

I know that you are not normal. NORMAL is to talk about it. NORMAL is to complain about not having it. NORMAL is to hear the same story year after year…and one thing I know is that you, are EXTRAORDINARY!!!!

CHALLENGE!
Take some time TODAY and write out 10 goals that you would just love to achieve for 2013. TEN! Be sure to look at every area of your life: business, relationships, health, financial and FUN too!

Then from this list, pick the three biggest, juiciest and most EXCITING for you. You know, the one that when you achieve it you will be so excited you want to scream because you are so happy! Yeah… those goals!

From these three juicy goals, commit to taking ACTION on one of these three daily. Now, it doesn’t have to be a major step but every little step counts.

For example, many people, especially this time of year, are looking to lose weight.

Your ACTION steps might be:

*Look at your refrigerator and cabinets and toss out the junk food
*Call your personal trainer and schedule some sessions
*Talk to a buddy and ask to have a “fitness date” this week
*Commit to a workout plan…and keep it!

Lastly, SHARE your goals with a trusted friend, loved one, or coach. Putting it out to the universe, out loud makes magic happen!

SMALL STEPS lead to BIG changes and a life that you love!
