I made a deeeeelicious recipe the other day that was beyond easy. I adapted it from a recipe one of my AH MA ZING women in 4 WEEKS TO YOUR HOTTEST BODY EVER participants sent to me. Without further ado, I give you FAUX COUSCOUS!
Faux CousCous
Take one head of fresh cauliflower, chop into florets and chop in food processor so the consistency becomes like couscous.
Saute in pan with about 1TBS Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil until soft like couscous.
Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
Holy crapola delicious!
I added (as you see in the pic above) grape tomatoes and some shelled edamame. You can also substitute it for rice, as I made some nori rolls with veggies, and the faux couscous too. Or you can just eat it as a normal side dish with whatever you like. The only thing limiting you is your imagination!
