10. Wear tight clothes!
Now, let’s be clear, I am not telling you to dress like a Christmas trollop, but please no elastic waist bands! Make sure to wear clothes that force you to keep your abdominals pulled in. Wearing a large tent like shirt may encourage you to throw caution to the wind and over eat…because no one can see your hot body under that huge top! So, wear things that encourage you to pull in your abs, stand up straight and carry yourself like the confident beauty that you are. You work for that bod!!
11. Commit to your ME time!
During these busy times with more family and social events on the horizon, it is so easy to feel like you are pulled into a million different directions. To keep your sanity, be sure to have some time in EACH day just for you. You know that your workouts can help you ease stress, but make it a practice to do some calming activites each day as well. So whether you meditate, read inspiring books, take the time to pet your cat or just take a 15 minute walk each day…make sure that you do something every day just for you! You will feel better and there is nothing more attractive then that!
12. Track your Progress
Yeah! You made it! Now you have made a clear plan, have smart goals and have been implementing them, it’s time to find ways to make sure you STAY on track! I am not the hugest fan of scales. For me, it’s tricky as muscle weighs more than fat. If you like weighing yourself and it doesn’t put you in a tailspin, that’s cool too:) I have a pair of pants that I put on, and when they feel great, I feel great! I also use the mirror to honestly check and see what’s going on. It’s YOUR BODY, so be sure you love it! Never beat yourself up! Have clear eyes and encourage yourself gently and lovingly as you would to any of your closest friends…it’s the only body you will ever have, so treat it with love and respect:)
Stay tuned for my exciting news….it’s coming!!!!
And: HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Enjoy your Holiday and I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart! YOU inspire me every day! You rock!!!
