60 Minute Starter Session

I know how terrible the cycle of dieting, over-working out, embarrassing junk food binges and complete self loathing can be.

I experienced it for years.  

On the outside I looked like such a happy fun “party girl”, but on the inside I was filled with self loathing, loneliness and was crippled by my feelings of:

When I was 18 years old my self esteem had plummeted,  and my self loathing was so high that I spent one evening hiding in a closet, crying, writing “I hate you” with a black magic marker on my body.

This pattern of trying every fad diet, taking diet pills and junk food binge eating continued into my 20’s.  I had anxiety, my self esteem was practically non existent and it showed in EVERY area of my life.

Everything changed for me when I took a trip to Italy.

Before the trip I was doing my “normal” pattern of stressing out, dieting, excessive working out and beating myself up into looking “good enough for a bikini”.

I was afraid and assumed that I would gain weight, from eating the AMAZING rich food.

While on my two week vacation, I denied myself no pleasure!  

I ate plates of fresh and amazing pasta, thick full fat yogurt, cheeses and salami, and eggplant Parmesan was a new favorite dish!

There was also an abundance of local fresh produce that was delivered by the farmers each day: red ripe tomatoes, zucchini flowers, peaches that were fragrant and heavenly and enormous sweet juicy figs.  

In the evening I would treat myself to a gelato and a glass of Limoncello.

And then the dreaded moment came...

I had always associated that anytime I enjoyed myself, it came with a price tag of pounds gained that I would need to sweat off minute to minute in an intense workout.  

It was time to start the cycle once again of strict dieting, stressing out about my body, and workout madness!

I clearly remember… it was my last night in Italy and only my tightest “skinny” jeans were clean and ready to wear.

I thought there was no way my pasta eating a** would fit into the jeans!  

To my surprise the jeans fit perfectly! So much so, I thought the jeans had stretched out!

When I arrived home, my boyfriend at the time picked me up at the airport, and he was amazed and said I looked fantastic!  I said, “Really??! I can’t believe I haven’t gained weight” and he said, “No way, you lost weight. You look gorgeous!”

In that moment I was amazed that despite enjoying such rich and delicious food, I lost weight!

I spent time, wondering why???  

I realized one of the main reasons I lost weight was that I was eating REAL FOOD, for the first time in years!

It wasn’t “fat-free” or “diet” or some kind of processed fake engineered food.  

I also was enjoying my body on the beach, taking long beautiful hikes in the mountains, getting a beautiful dose of healthy sunshine and swimming in the Mediterranean sea.

Meal times were not a source of stress but instead were a way to connect with my friends.  I was taking long leisurely lunches and dinners, enjoying local wine and connecting to my heritage: my Italian roots.

I realized that the message I had been told of weight loss: calories in vs. calories burned, was so much more complex!

There is an INNER game to weight loss!

I spent next several years devoting myself to understanding and mastering that INNER game for myself, and as soon as I had it mastered for myself, I began sharing what I knew with other women.

Now I have devoted my life to share this message and method with the women of the world who are struggling with their weight and body image, just as I had for so long.

Everything changed for me after this realization.  

Sometimes I can’t even believe the life that I have now!  

I have totally transformed my relationship with my body, my self esteem and learned to LOVE myself.  

I eat delicious healthy food AND go to all the best restaurants and happily eat and enjoy myself!

I work out a fraction of what I used to AND my body looks and feels better than ever!

The days of self loathing, and anxiety about my body are GONE and I have a deep respect and love for my body that leaves me feeling truly FREE!

I love shopping!  Clothes and travel excite me and I NEVER stress out about the thought of a bathing suit!

While that relationship I spoke of didn’t last, I have since met the kind of man I always knew I wanted, and have a beautiful, supportive, and lovingly easy relationship.  We are now engaged:)

I gained the self confidence to go for my dreams professionally, sharing my passions, helping women and creating a level of abundance and financial freedom that I always envisioned for myself.
